Almond Joy Shake

1 package chocolate drink supplement
1-3/4 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract
1/2 almond extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
4 ice cubes

Mix all ingredients in blender on medium speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass.
 

Blueberry Treat

1 package vanilla drink supplement
6 oz. diet lemon lime soda
1/2 cup frozen blueberries <no sugar added>

Mix all ingredients in a blender on medium speed until desired consistency.
 

Grasshopper  Shake

1 package chocolate drink supplement
1-3/4 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
4 ice cubes

Mix all ingredients in blender on medium speed for approximately 30 seconds. Pour into
chilled glass.
 

Mock Rum Eggnog

1 package vanilla drink supplement
1 packet sweetener
6 oz. water
2-3 ice cubes
1 teaspoon rum extract
dash of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in blender, Blend until smooth.
 

*Orange Cooler

1 package sugar free orange gelatin
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 tablespoons - equivalents sugar substitute
4 strawberries
4 ice cubes
4 lemon slices

Prepare gelatin according to package directions and cool. Beat in stiff egg whites with wire
whisk. Add lemon rind, orange extract, and sugar substitute. Place in blender. Add strawberries
and ice cubes. Blend at medium speed for 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon
slices.
 

Peppermint Twist Shake

1 package vanilla drink  supplement
1-3/4 cup cold water
4 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 drop red food coloring

Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed for approximately
30 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass
 

Root Beer Float

1 package vanilla drink supplement
6 oz. diet root beer
